I was in Hong Kong once and passed a horse track. I'd never been, so I thought I'd check it out. It turned out that the horses were somewhere else racing and the track was deserted. People were placing bets and watching results get posted on big electronic signs. It was kind of sad to see.

Yeah that would be a little weird to see. I get OTB at like a sports book or bar but to be at an actual track and following it that way seems kinda despondent.
