Makes sense. Him and Tyreek Hill were the most electric non-QB weapons last season so they’re sexy picks.

Mahomes, Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen have all already been on the cover. Burrow was hurt. Jefferson was hurt. Defenders just don’t get as much shine these days. Guys like Lamb, Stroud and Jamarr Chase would be decent picks but not no-brainers.

I’d say we’ll get CMC this year and Hill next year as long as he stays healthy. Though I wouldn’t be surprised to see a send-off Kelce cover if he maintains elite status next season.

I think Chiefs fatigue is the only reason Kelce isn't on it this year.
