What are your NFL WK 1 Overreactions?
Curious what your overreactions are to players and teams after wk1?
I'll start... 1. Chiefs are going to be deadly and Worthy finishes as the #1 rookie WR. 2. Chase gets paid, Bengals miss the playoffs. 3. Tampa wins their division. 4. Achane finishes as a top 3 RB. 5. Rodgers has a mediocre year. |
The Bengals are going 6-11.
NVM Missed it in the first post.
Every single team in the AFC except the Chiefs got worse while the Chiefs got better.
Not sure why the Bucs are on there, they won the NFC South last year and are favored to again.
This is Sean Payton's last year in Denver.
Jackson and Allen will lose in the playoffs then complain they were not at 100% but celebrate all year every time then run over a defender up 3 scores in the 4th quarter against shitty teams . Both will get. Both will get 200+ Carries
The Browns miss the playoffs due to poor play from Watson.
Is that Achane prediction as a RB? He had like 5 yards rushing all his production was receiving because he's basically their slot WR. He might only run for 700 yards but what if he catches 90 balls?
Nix, Watson, Cousins, Levis all benched before week 8.
Kirk Cousins will not be the starting QB for the Falcons into the 2nd quarter next week.
Robert Saleh will not be the Jets HC for the entire duration of this season.
Cowboys/9ers/Lions/Eagles are the 4 good teams in the NFC and everyone else is a big bag of shit.
EDIT: Actually the Saints and Bucs and Rams are pretty solid. |
Since the AFL/NFL merger, only five QBs have thrown for 30 or more interceptions in a season: Vinny Testaverde, Fran Tarkenton, Ken Stabler, Richard Todd, and Jameis Winston. Bo Nix will be the sixth.
And while I'm on the subject, Ken Stabler is probably the second-most overrated quarterback in NFL history, behind only john elway. elway holds the post-merger record for the broncos with 23 interceptions thrown, and Nix will be a lock to break that record unless he gets benched. |
MacKauley Burrow is cooked
