Arrowhead Kingdom Arrowhead Tailgate
 

Some of you may not know but Arrowhead Kingdom has its own tailgate in the Arrowhead lot. Everyone is welcome. No one is a stranger. We are all Chief fans. We have food, DJ and music, games etc.

So if you are from out of town and wanting to get the full Arrowhead tailgate experience, you are welcome to join our group. No money involved unless you want a plate of food(only covers costs).

Lets step up and 3peat. Also be great to kick a little kitty's butt named Burrow.

FOOD- For this season there is a core group of us that will be making/bringing all food.
For this tailgate we are doing Smash Burrow Burgers and Bengal Brats (german sausage). We will have sides as well, (chips and baked beans
$5 a plate. We will need solid head count so please RSVP!!!
DO NOT BRING ADDITIONAL FOOD! We are trying to reduce all the leftover and tossed out food this year.

DRINKS- BYOB for drinks. Feel free to bring things to share as well. We always have a free drink table set up that our fellow fans are sharing with each other.

TAILGATE LOCATION- Enter Gate 7- Straight ahead. Grass areas between H&J on J side GOLD lot. Near J33 post. See comments for pictures. NOTE- If entering more than an hour after gates open, you will have to enter Gate 6 and come back towards Lot J. May need to park in H.

We will do a pick up in Olathe at The Other Place at 9 a.m. (or our house at 8:30 AM) and then head to Price Chopper in Raytown and do final pick up (8700 E. 63rd St. KCMO/Raytown).

Depart from Price Chopper by 10 AM. Feel free to meet us at any pick up location to caravan in. Times are subject to change.

Game day bump

Hey Guys,
Long time lurker/life long chiefs fan. I am celebrating my 40th birthday in KC(coming from Montana) and was hoping to join a tailgate or 2? Will be at the Monday night game on the 4th vs Bucs. Can I hang with you and drink a beer? Any recommendations? Thanks

We have our own tailgate. DJ/Music, food, beer/liquor and all the tailgating stuff. You need a ride to the tailgate and back thats doable too.

We thought it'd be great for out of town visiting fans to have a tailgate to attend where they will be welcomed like you are a vet of the tailgate.

Tailgate is free to join. Chip in and you can eat some food. No ones makes a cent off this. Its all volunteers.

Is this the right spot? ^^^ In terms of ride, is there a bus or something? Staying at Hotel Phillips if that makes a difference.

Also wanted to ask....don't have a rental car and was planning on using an uber to get to the game. Do they drop you off at reasonable walking distance?

Right, there is a bus. Details are in the Facebook group. For the AFCCG we met in a price chopper lot. Got on the bus and got off there after the game.

Looks like they have a lot of special stuff for this game. I’m not a part of it since I’m retired now but I trust the person in charge for AK there. No one from AK is making a penny off you. Just doing the work so others can enjoy this ongoing dynasty.
