Williams forgot he had a timeout. He took too long to snap the ball. It was over at that point. Horrible throw and attempt too. They wouldn't have ever made a 59 field goal either if the coach called the timeout. Fight Me.

What? Eberflus was standing right next to the referee during that last play...he could have called timeout and he didn't.

I don’t think the Bears are worth fighting over. As for Caleb it’s worth re-visiting after he’s had some time on the job with a real coach. That said ATM I don’t agree.

The HC can also call a timeout. He’s the guy with experience and the one whose job it is to manage the entire game, the rookie QB is just gonna do what you tell him

Eberflus is 100% responsible for properly managing the clock, not the QB (especially a rookie). Eberflus choked and that’s why he’s gone
