Chiefs radio said he could have gone back in the game. He wanted to.

He's gonna be fine.

The only thing worth talking about coming out of that game. I don't want to see him next Saturday if he's hobbling around. We need him ready in January.

Let’s win next week and shut these starters down.

Go into the playoffs healthy and rested.

If the Lions beat the Bills all they need to do is win next Saturday and the 1 seed is locked up.

He could sit for almost a month theoretically

If there's anyone I trust to handle that long of a layover, it's Patrick. He'd be eating tape the whole time.

He wanted to go back into the Broncos game when his kneecap popped out. Unless Patrick is literally on his death-bed, he's gonna want back in the game. Sometimes you have to protect him from himself.

I'd rather play Wentz Saturday and see if they can lock it up anyway. Him being able to run at full speed when necessary is essential to us having success in January.

Need the Steelers to lose to Philly today as well.

Our game vs Pitt might be pretty important.

He was on the sidelines after the injury and didn't need to go back for x-rays or anything, so that's a positive sign

None of these games are truly important. Mahomes' health is worth more than all of them combined.

btw why is the NFL having that game at the same time as Bills/Lions? Absurd scheduling.
