Is the Butt Kicker Ok?

Saw his non kicking leg buckle on the missed FG to end the 1st half. Hadn't heard anything about it. Wondering if Andy, or anyone else, mentioned anything about it after the game?

He’s been kicking FGs like that all season. The real question is why he can’t do kickoffs.

He kicked a PAT after that and looked okay

Yeah, I noticed that also. Do they not want him to get hurt? I get that Reid is an additional tackler, but his kickoffs are touch and go.

I thought the surgery he had was supposed to fix that problem.

I don’t think kicking in sloppy conditions right after the injury helps. He’s fine.

Buehler445 12-15-2024 09:43 PM

Yeah, the missed FG looked bad. How much of that is the condensed clock because the morons were standing on the sideline looking around like assholes?

I get them not rushing the KOs, especially when Reid can do it. I hope they're not rushing him back for the sake of rushing.

Pitt Gorilla 12-15-2024 09:58 PM

I don't get the rush; the backups have been just as good.

We didn't need him today. But, we will need him to win a game in thew playoffs.

He was doing it throughout the season last year, and before he got hurt this year. Not a problem. He just slipped on the wet field.
