I don't. Just means all the salaries go up. If kelce retires, suddenly that 17 mil doesn't buy as much.

After the Chiefs restructure Mahomes and Thuney’s contracts, they will have significant salary cap space.

No limitations/excuses to finally fixing LT.

Except for who that might be. It’s great that we will have cap space, but who is actually available?

Nice increase, now let's get after it with some moderately priced veteran FAs.

Free agency in three weeks 3/12 late afternoon. Who has money that has to over spend. To get any players to come to their misery. They set the market

Yep, I think that's about 6-10m more than OTC anticipated. Plus we get 3.1m-ish in rollover. OTC has our cap estimate right now at 282.6m

That means we can trade McDuffie for a top-10 pick to get our LT and then go out and sign a couple of CBs to make up for it. Profit. :P

Patriots, Raiders, and Cardinals top this list in terms of Cap vs roster spots to fill. The Chargers and Commanders too but they have more roster spots to fill.

Cap isn't the issue, it's cash and the Hunts have always been owners more on a budget than some others.

We're going all in for the 3 out of 4peat

I think that's the biggest problem. Quality LT's are very rare. Most of them stay with their current team. Similar to QB's.
