I like cottage cheese, 2% only, but the variance and consistency between brands is kind of frustrating. Sometimes it’s too tangy, or too soupy that I’m always let down

I love cottage cheese with pickle beats. It's amazingly delicious.

I had some for dinner tonight. I put it on baked potatoes and add fresh ground pepper.

Put some in a blender and whip til smooth. Makes a pretty good sour cream substitute.


And I've read that you can fry/bake it into a kind of flatbread.

I get most of my groceries at Costco these days and usually just get this. Sometimes it's delicious and sometimes it's too soupy, definitely inconsistent
