The investigation cleared him....and besides, where is the investigation into the fact that we discovered information that led us to believe that lazarus was a plant and was planning to take the plane back to the Motherland after killing his co-pilot?

With all the fratinization, its gonna be tough. Of course leaving out the fact that the flight controls were damaged, bomb doors shot open and my best shooter in the belly gunners gun left inoperable isn't helping my case either.
