Help,am I being blinded by homerism
or is starting Dante over Keyshawn a good idea.
Based on the fact that Dante has had some of his best games against the Donks and that our league gives 6 points if the player returns a ko or punt I'm thinking I should definitely do this. On the other hand,Keyshawn reunited with Parcells and Vinny in the Metrodome in what I think may turn into a scorefest. Opinions? |
I dunno. You have a point about Dante having good games against the Broncos, but I'm sure the Broncos are well aware of that fact and will be looking to neutralize him.
Personally, I doubt there would be any FFL GM in the country considering Hall over KJ unless he were a Chiefs fan, so I believe there is an element of homerism at play.... But, you do bring up a very good point.... I'd leave him on the bench, though. |
Go with Keyshawn. He is the #1 option in there offense and Vinny is not nearly a bad as everyone thinks he will be. While both Keyshawn and Hall may have big games the chances of the happening are much greater with Keyshawn.

Tough one. Keyshawn has a rapport with Vinny, but Dante is going to get some yards. Does Dante's return yards count? If so, go with Dante.

Homerism is a-OK!

Go with Dante. He's bound to get several touches with a chance for a big play, and Keyshawn is going to get three catchs for 29 yards. Keyshawn is the anti-Dante when it comes to making big plays.

Dante all the way. He'll be covered by Herndon most likely, also known as "the other guy" in the Denver secondary....and of course he'll return AT LEAST one kick for a TD....
:thumb: (now THAT's homerism...) |
True, but Dante isn't guaranteed to get touches on anything but returns. He's not been real great when lined up on offense (except against Denver).
I think KJ will be a better receiver this season being reunited with Parcells and Vinny. As he will be one of the Cowboys' leading targets, I would probably go with Johnson over Dante. |
