Opened the sports page and what do I see….the day after Sproles ran for 292 yards, Smith ran for 83 and passed for 213 yards……the Star choose to display in big letters and a big color picture “Northwestern 20, Kansas 17…. Chicago Nope”

Is this a case of charity as the poor chicken hawks will not win another game all year, or the stars attempt at keeping the tigers and cats humble?

Oh well in two weeks the real fun begins in a four way battle for the big 12 north, this is the most competitive four the big 12 north has ever fielded, and I have no idea who is going to come out on top (although I have a damn good idea who is going to come out on bottom).

I was curious about that as well.

Heh. Maybe its because it really was the "best" game. K-State played a lousy team (not very well might I add), and MU played a downright terrible team. Northwestern was the best opponent out of the 3...eh, oh well. I don't read the paper.

Oh yeah..Washburn took it to the house yesterday vs TSU. 62-0. HUGE game for them this weekend, vs NWMSU.
