Did anyone catch the Warfield news on 610?

They mentioned something about a DUI and him possibly being suspended.

I was on the phone and couldn't hear the whole conversation.

Un-Flucking-Believable.......

they said it was isnt his first DUI... and that the Chiefs will probably let the court system deal with it, and play him on Sunday.

Well all it takes is money to get out of a couple DUI's if the court system is taking care of it. He should be fine.

If the third DUI is a felony, does anyone know how long the league suspends a player if convicted (from reports I doubt Warfield gets off)..?

fwiw... I'm hearing that the case probably won't even make it to court until after the season is over, so he wouldn't be likely to miss playing time this season at least.
