Absolutely. His current troubles are, IMO, completely on account of the injuries. Crabs is out, Manningham, and now VD. Who is he supposed to throw to?

With a healthy team, he is light years ahead of Alex in ability, anyone can see that. (And I like Alex, but that is a simple, undeniable truth.)
