Whether SF or KC, I for one am going to be happy and optimistic. If they suck? Then oh ****ing well... life goes on. Would my disappointment be all that increased if the team(s) fail and I had predicted them to be great? Either way, it sucks... but you shrug it off.
Not telling people how to be.. just suggesting. I can see people expecting misery if KC did jack-shit nothing different in the offseason... but they changed up damn near everything.

Not sure what kind of people we're dealing with here Mac. So it's hard to tell where their true priorities are. Which makes it hard to gauge a persons level of insecurity based on the very little we know about them.
I'd like to add this and I think it plays a pretty huge part in thinking optimistically for some that are on the fence.
KC's offense has the lowest percentage of stability compared to any other team in the league, over-all they are the 5th lowest. Look at all of those teams records on this list and tell me there's nothing to be optimistic about...
Raiders 1-2
Cards 1-2
Jags 0-3
Chargers 1-2
