Bad? Not really. Not as efficient as in San Fran if asked to do more? Sure. Too risk-adverse? Definitely.
There's a difference between thinking a guy is mediocre/not good enough to be the long-term answer and thinking a guy is Matt Cassel.
I've said repeatedly I hope Andy Reid is right about Alex Smith, and he can be better/more aggressive. So far, we've seen him do that in spurts (4th quarter Philly, to an extent, and really all of the second half against the Giants, to a greater extent).
