I think anyone who is being honest can see the talent - the arm strength and accuracy - that made many of us such big fans of Geno Smith.
His first TD pass tonight was a great example of it, and he made several other plus throws.
If he continues to progress, keeps working hard, and shows better ball security as he gains experience, the guy is going to be a star. Tonight can be a big jumping off point for him.
Alex Smith might be better this year, but it wouldn't shock me if Geno has surpassed him by the middle of next season.
