I agree with this.

Fans are particularly unqualified to determine when there is a bias against their team. For example, there were several people griping in the game thread that the announcers were biased against the Chiefs. The play-by-play guy was Kevin Harlan, who was the voice of the Chiefs from 1985-1993.
