We need to get Alex more recognition around the NFL for the superb job he is doing for the Chiefs here in Kansas City and we need to sign Alex long term we don't want to lose him in FA. With Alex under center our Chiefs have a legit chance to go to the AFC Championship Game and beyond for at least the next 5-7 years!!!!!

Steal my ass. The only way it's a steal is winning a championship and not talking the AFCW.
Win in the playoffs and maybe just maybe it was a good trade but if Alex Smith can't get us anywhere and is only here 3-4 years spinning our wheals then it was a shit trade. Lots of football yet needs to play but we could have had a great QB prospect in Geno Smith that could be around for years to come that would open up a 10 year window of opportunity.
