I've been to Dealey Plaza. You can certainly see how a shot from the Grassy Knoll would have been easy. Three shots from the sixth floor of the Book Bldg would be much tougher.

I've been to Arlington to the JFK gravesite. The only other President buried in Arlington is William Howard Taft. Woodrow Wilson is entombed in Washington's National Cathedral.

Other big event "where were you" days?

I was a senior at Van Horn High School when Elvis died.

I was on the air in a radio station in Columbia, MO when the Challenger blew up.

I was working in my office late at the Mizzou student radio station the night John Lennon was shot. I still have the teletype copy at home.

I was in Candlestick Park watching the Giants vs. Cubs during the OJ White Bronco Chase. They put the news coverage on the scoreboard during the game.

I was having lunch at Bobo's Drive In in Topeka when the OJ Trial Jury said not guilty.

I was driving to work when the first plane hit the first tower on 9/11. I saw the second plane hit live on TV a few minutes later after I got to the office.
