I'll take the bird in the hand. We know what kind of team we are with Alex Smith....a playoff team. He's still young....lock him up and work on improving the team around him. He's not going to ask for Flacco money. He understands its a team sport and a lot of other guys will need to be paid too in order for us to stay competitive. Alex Smith is not after the money.
