The key is Devean George needs to be more consistant than he has been all year. He is more athletic, a better jumper, and takes the ball to the basket more than Rick does, but he doesn't shoot as consistantly, nor defend as well as Fox.
The good thing is that the loss of Fox will hopefully force the Lakeshow to up their level of focus (something that has been come and go).
