It's Lance Zierlein from 790 Houston. He also does a character called SEC Guy that gets a lot of people. He calls in and pretends to be an over the top SEC fan and a lot of people buy it. He runs a twitter feed of that one, too @SECGuy
The guy asking the questions is Adam Clanton who does about as spot on impression of Jim Rome as you'd ever hear.
