I'm not sure how "sorority" explains anything.
The sororities here wouldn't let their members do shit like that because they are big into maintaining a "proper southern woman" facade. Girls get in trouble for like dressing inappropriately and smoking in public and shit here, but maybe it's different out of the South.
There are also a few dudes standing around here and there.
I don't really give a shit, but the video title just made my bullshit meter go off for some reason.
