Cold open starts with Ted in bed with very pregnant Yellow Umbrella girl / Mother in 2017. Cut back to "present day" (May 2? 2013) at the Farhampton Inn. Lily and Marshall eventually retire to have sex to prolong the impending argument about Marshall accepting a judgeship in conflict with Lily's plan to relocate to Italy for a year as part of her art consultant career. Ted and Robin get Barney drunk to the point he tells the truth about anything he's asked, which he reveals a certain number of gags including what his job really is. Lily and Marshall's argument starts and explodes to the point where Lily claims Marshall's decision is selfish, with him responding her decision to move to San Francisco (back in Season 1/2) as equally selfish and that he and Marvin are a "consolation prize" for her career as an artist not working out. She storms out of their hotel room, calls someone who arrives in a black sedan and leaves. Cut back to the future where Ted and the Mother get into a van holding their daughter Penny en route to the hospital for the delivery of their son, Luke. __________________ Chiefs 2016 Opponents: Home: JAX, TEN, NO, TB, NYJ.
