I saw this earlier and wanted to be outraged but went to his Facebook page (Dave livetv) where he had done some apologizing and explained that the segment was a complete joke. I didn't feel like doing any more digging but he said the disabled guy was a regular on the show and even considered him a "friend".
..Don't know how true it is but I was pretty disgusted nonetheless.
