I'm 1 week into a 3 week strength phase of my buddy's program. We're doing heavy sets of 4-6 reps. I'm really hopeful that I'll blast through a couple of plateaus when we test again. (Except cleans. I'm pissed that I had to give them up for a while.) I've noticed that I am needing a lot more sleep lately. I worked out on Saturday and then hibernated the rest of the weekend.
