as to the OP. People are so protected by the internet, laws, that they feel too entitled to say whatever the hell they want.
Clearly, Marcus Smart heard something that set him off in the wrong direction.
He clearly though, while his reaction wasn't wrong I don't believe, I have fought people over less, (lost a lot of those fights too) he will have to deal with that from every opposing city that he plays in, when in the NBA.
People will say whatever they think will get under your skin.
It is heinous. It happens every where.
I have seen Bears fans kids talked down to by drunken adults at packer games. Heard their mother called whores, and other ungodly names.
So, he is going to have to understand that any time a fan gets a reaction out of a player, like that slutbag up above, the person getting the attention, being shown again and again on espn, just got 15 minutes of fame because of them.
That's sickening.
