Raiders have a team full of marginal WR's and TE's #2's at best and #3s on most good teams...
It's all about to change, with a full slate of picks and plenty money to spend, the Raiders are over the hump and will be a helluva lot better soon...

The thing about McLovin' is that he's an UDFA. The expectations for him were pretty nonexistent. The guy walked onto Penn State, then somehow wound up walking onto an NFL team where he was brought in to be a camp arm and wound up starting. The kid has moxie, you've gotta give him that. I think his ceiling is a good backup, though frankly he hasn't had the greatest to work with, either. I was shocked, though. He seemed to look like he actually knew what he was doing a lot of times. They need to draft a rookie (hopefully Bridgewater or Manziel) and then sign a vet like Schuab. Pryor is just not the answer...
