I've said since the offseason, as great as this recruiting class was, I feel like I'm in the worst of all possible worlds until the buzzer sounds at the end of March Madness. There is no excuse for this roster to do anything short of win an NCAA championship. Every win is subdued. Every loss is subdued. Until the field is set and the march to an NCAA championship begins.
Saturday, I was like 'yeah, they won handily, but it wasn't impressive.' Today they lost and I was like ''yeah, but KSU was REALLY pumped.'
'When is March here? When is March here?'
I go to sleep every night with nightmares of KU's Cinderella turning into Denver's Manning. They're too good not to win it all, but young enough to lose and waste it all.
