I'm differentiating between the person and the coach.
Asbury: Poor Coach, Unlikable Guy
Wooldridge: Poor Coach, Likable guy
Frank: Better than Average Coach, Likable Guy
Weber: Decent coach (so far, time will tell), Unlikable guy

The unlikable guy part is what I don't get. Have you met Bruce? It doesn't sound like it. You don't like the way he sounds, or the way he looks with his mouth open, or the fact that his demeanor is more calm than Frank. I couldn't give a shit less what he looks or sounds like as long as he wins - and he is winning. As far as a genuinely nice guy, Bruce is one of them. He isn't going to be the engaging story teller, or the outgoing personality like Frank. That's not who he is. He's just a nice, loyal guy, who fits into the Manhattan community perfectly. I wasn't initially enamored with the Weber hire, but I like what I see on the court, and I like how it's about the TEAM and not about him (see: Martin, Frank for the opposite of my last line).
