For those who don't believe in NoFap, anecdotally I think it works.
RaiderRoommate refused to jack off for whatever reason.. so he was always trying to **** any woman that he saw. Given that he's 6'4, rail thin and an arrogant **** it always worked when he'd meet random women in bars or on Plentyoffish.
That or he would just wait for his girlfriend to be back in town and bang her instead.
