Why are you lumping those in as the same? Nobody cares about NPV because everybody know most big contract players are cut before the contract expires.

I'm sure agents worry a lot about the likelihood of collection. Again... Hali is going to get paid $8.25M this year. He has no urgency to restructure. Why in the world would he be expected to restructure money he's already guaranteed?
