Compare all the youtube clips here and you will see Cooks is more of a playmaker that could easily be a No. 2 WR and a PERFECT No.1 SLOT and potentially the offensive rookie of the year for the Chiefs this next year in a Andy Reid offense.

I disagree, I think they both have elite speed, and Beckham, while slightly slower but still possessing elite speed, is bigger and will withstand NFL hits better than Cooks will.
I'd be thrilled with either. But if I have to choose one, I think I go with Beckham.
