Teams take a step back. It happens. I expected the Chiefs to regress back to 7 or 8 wins this season. Note that I said "regress", meaning they were performing above their mean due to a number of factors (overachieving talent, easy schedule, the "new coach bounce") last season. I believe the mean will slide up in '15 - while this guarantees nothing, the Chiefs should have a better roster than in '13 if they make common sense personnel decisions.
