Year 1: Make playoffs but lose in the first round. Build hope and win those fans back!
Year 2: Rebuilding year. End with 6-7 wins. It's ok....we had a tough schedule.
Year 3: 7 to 8 wins. We're almost there!
Year 4: The wheels come off. 2-4 wins. Hey....at least we have a top 5 pick!
