I think Hali and Flowers should be replaced now but I don't see them doing that because they don't want to be a 4 win team or piss off the fan base and well that would.
To do what they did last year and then what they're doing now says to me they have a pretty serious desire to never be worse than 6-10. So that explains the Alex Smith move.
