Bailey, who was supposed to be our key interior pass rusher next to Poe, uses little to no technique and is always last off the snap so he could be neutralized fairly easily in 1 on 1 situations by any decent OG.

Jackson and Devito were just big bodies who could hold the POA and provided little pressure.

Catapano was a 7th round pick out of Princeton who got few reps due to his rawness and the fact that he only weighed 270 pounds. He flashed some good pass rush ability with decent hand placement, a burst that was on par with Houston and Hali, and more power than he is given credit for. He was a pleasant surprise to me as I didn't even expect him to make the roster much less play in any actual games for us. He showed more promise than Bailey has, IMO. Only had something like 91 snaps the entire season.

Powe only showed his bull rush and little else; any guard who can anchor well could neutralize him 1 on 1.

Our interior pass rush is going to be much improved over last season with the signing of Walker, the further development of Catapano, even more improvement from Poe, and likely a new draft pick. I'm not expecting too much from Bailey next season, nor am I expecting Powe to get very many snaps because the coaching staff doesn't seem to trust him.

We've improved our front 7 with just 1 signing, that's awesome. Now let's go draft someone to groom behind Hali.
