The best chance the team has for the long run is to extend Berry, Houston, and Poe within the next year, jettison off the aging players if they still have some value to other teams (DJ is probably the best bet for this, I don't think Bowe or Hali's contracts are tradeable), and try to remake the team in the image of what Dorsey wants rather than trying to patch together a shotgun-blasted roster and cap situation inherited from his shitbag predecessor.
