Coming to an agreement and signing a deal are two different things. All the parts of the contract are hammered out before an actual formal contract is presented. How ****ing hard of a concept is this?

The agents usually have their legal representation with them when they agree to terms.
After that step is usually only the teams physical that needs to take place before the actual contract is signed.
Are you trying to say that there was no contract at all that the agent and KC had both agreed to?
