Like some have said, I don't really have a problem with the way they've approached fa this year. It's probably the way you should do it, although adding a big name here or there that fits your system is beneficial.
It's just that it doesn't mesh with year way they approached it last year. It's looking more and more like last year was simply about asses in seats and what not. IMO, if his is your fa plan, do it last year, not this year.
