Later, instead of having dessert at the restaurant, I know a couple of cool dessert places (I love sweets) so we go somewhere else for dessert. Lastly, if all is going well and she doesn't have to be up/doesn't care, then we'll grab a drink somewhere else.
I may have only been with her for a few hours, but it feels so much longer in her mind because we've shared so many experiences when she remembers the night.

Not for everyone, maybe, but that sounds like an excellent date if you want to make an impression but aren't 100% on the person yet (as is often the case in online dating). You get the chance to share a number of experiences with them if you want, but the chance to bail exists at numerous times throughout the evening.
