Checking in on about 10 weeks on Keto. Down about 30lbs and my major lifts haven't dropped 1 lb yet. I'm really going to kick it in the ass these next 5 weeks so I can be in the best looking shape of my life for birthday 35. (face removed to prevent being "Billayed" in the future )
