See my post to lew. I don't think you guys are doing hardcore shit that will end in a kidney or liver transplant (protein, creatine are pretty innocuous), but I am just curious what the draw is toward the stuff.
I don't want to argue, because you can put whatever you want into your body. But I clicked on that link in the Royals thread, and that shit looks absolutely disturbing.
