For pushing myself, I love the row machine. I'm constantly trying to set new personal records.
For a challenge, I'm still trying to get better at wall balls.
My absolute favorite (that I've learned so far anyway) would have to be the skull crusher/close grip bench press superset. I'm very light on weight, of course, but I always feel so accomplished when I finish. A very close second is probably the leg press.
