Looking for a link, but there was a lot more to this story. His girl was drunk and belligerent, so yeah, he very well might get off, and perhaps he very well should.
EDIT: Nothing but bad news comes up on quick search. I vaguely remember hearing stories she was shit faced drunk, and he was dragging her around the hotel out of an elevator cause she couldn't walk. What I see now not quite the same ring to it.
