It says neither Rice nor his fiancée wish to prosecute any of the infractions that happened. He's not going to prison.
I don't condone striking women, but ladies if you decide you want to punch like a man, or perfom one of the worst acts another human can perform against another in the form of spit in the face, sometimes youre going to get your lights put out.
That's just general common sense.
