Does it matter what you eat as long as you stay within your calorie range?
I always try to eat healthy during the day, but today I did not eat well at all, but I only had 1,850 calories. Wondering the differences of people who do that all the time?
Obviously you wouldn't feel as good/energetic, but any other cons?
