I guess it depends on what goals you'd like to see the Chiefs have for next year.

If you wanted the Chiefs to aggressively build off their 11-5/one and done in the playoffs season to have a legit chance at advancing further in the playoffs and competing for a Super Bowl, then the offseason grade is an F.

If you are a true fan, happy with the thought of 7-9, building for the future, etc. then you would probably give the Chiefs an A+.
