When I do the leg press, I nearly bring my knees to my shoulders. My feet are usually about 1-2 inches from the outer edges.
And when I squat, I get my butt as close to the floor as it will go. I always know after I do a squat if my trainer is going to say "deeper"...lol. I can feel the difference when I don't go all the way down.
